Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MADLADY pieces, but if the fit isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag and include the return slip provided in your portal confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
